Email​

OrbitCubs CRM supports email templates with merge fields and automation sequences that send a series of messages over time. A composer ties email to your records so outreach stays in context.

Google-only integration

Email integration is Google-only today (the documented zero-setup path). Outlook integration is intentionally not implemented yet because it requires a separate Microsoft OAuth app registration. This is an honest current limitation, not a hidden gap.

Collaboration feed​

An internal feed lets your team post updates, share context, and run quick polls. It's the lightweight, in-app place to communicate without leaving the CRM.

Messaging​

Direct messages and group threads let members talk one-to-one or in small groups. (Mentions currently display a short user identifier; richer display-name resolution is a planned enhancement — see the Changelog.)
