Contacts & Accounts

Contacts and accounts are the backbone of the CRM.

Contacts

A contact is a person you do business with. Each contact carries the usual identity and channel details, can be linked to an account, and accumulates a history of related activities, cases, and deals.

Accounts

An account represents a company or organization. Contacts roll up to accounts so you can see everyone you know at a given company in one place, along with that company's opportunities, cases, orders, and quotes.

Customer 360

The Customer 360 view brings together everything tied to a customer — profile details, open and won opportunities, support cases, recent activities, and segment membership — so you don't have to jump between modules to understand a relationship.

Segments

Segments let you group contacts or accounts by shared criteria (for example, industry, stage, or region) so you can target outreach, reporting, and campaigns consistently.
