AI assistant
An in-app assistant helps you work with your CRM data conversationally. It is built to operate on free-tier infrastructure rather than a paid cloud AI tier.
Predictive scoring & churn
Two predictive features ship today:
- Predictive lead scoring ranks leads by likelihood to convert.
- Churn prediction flags accounts at risk of leaving.
Both are computed from your own data using client-side libraries, so there is no per-request AI bill.
Workflows
The workflow builder lets you define automations visually — trigger → conditions → actions — and manage them from a workflow list and viewer. Use it to remove repetitive manual steps from your process.
Approvals
The approval builder models multi-step approval chains (for example, on quotes or discounts), so requests route to the right people before they proceed.
Beyond the shipped set above, OrbitCubs CRM has backend service scaffolding for a broader catalog of advanced modules (for example data enrichment, SMS, and video calling). Several of those depend on third-party providers and are not built into the UI yet. The Changelog tracks what is actually shipped.
